At AIA Grand Rapids, we’re committed to empowering our members to grow, lead, and shape the future of architecture. That’s why we’re proud to offer the AIA Grand Rapids Membership Leadership Grant — a program designed to support our members in advancing their professional development, leadership skills, and career goals.
Over the past few years, AIA Grand Rapids has been raising funds behind the scenes to create this opportunity for our members. These grants are available to help offset the cost of leadership programs, professional conferences, or licensing exam fees, making it easier for members to invest in their own growth.
Supporting Member Leadership and Growth
Previous grants have supported AIA Grand Rapids members attending the AIA Women’s Leadership Summit and participation in the AIA Detroit statewide Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). Grant funds may also be used to attend programs such as the AIA Leadership Summit, AIA Conference on Architecture & Design, AIA Women’s Leadership Summit, or the NOMA Conference.
Application Details
Applications are reviewed quarterly on a rolling basis, ensuring multiple opportunities to apply throughout the year.
