This month, the AIA Grand Rapids 2025 Thrive Mentorship Program held its second event at AMDG Architects! The cohort dove into the rich topic of Mission + Meaning guided by thoughtful remarks from Peter Baldwin, AIA. Peter spoke on how Mission provides a framework for your life’s work, while Meaning provides the deep purpose behind it. 

Thrive Mentorship pairs have begun engaging in meaningful one-on-one conversations, and community-building events such as this are an inspiring way to bring the fruits of those conversations to the cohort, and provide new ideas to carry moving forward.
