Earlier this month, we officially kicked off the 2025 THRIVE Mentorship Program at TowerPinkster! Mentors and mentees came together to connect, lay the foundation for the program, set goals, and hear thoughtful remarks from Tom Mathison, FAIA. He spoke about the power of mentorship—and what it means to be both a good mentor and a good mentee. THRIVE is all about building meaningful relationships and supporting growth within the AIA Grand Rapids community. We’re excited for what’s ahead with this year’s cohort!
