About Ana Lapinski

Ana Lapinski is a Senior Project Architect with over 15 years of experience in architectural design, building science, and technical coordination. She grew up in Monterrey, Mexico, where she completed her architectural and civil engineering education before earning a master’s degree in structural engineering from Penn State University.

Ana brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every project—blending thoughtful design with deep technical expertise. Her work spans civic, educational, and cultural sectors, including the Grand Rapids Public Museum renovation and Aquinas College’s award-winning Albertus Magnus Hall of Science.

In addition to her project work, Ana is a passionate mentor. She plays an active role in guiding emerging professionals through technical development, project coordination, and licensure, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Ana is known for her attention to detail, calm leadership, and dedication to designing solutions that are as high-performing as they are impactful.
