If you are interested in joining the THRIVE Mentorship program as a mentee, please review the details below carefully. The deadline to submit applications is 11:59 EST on Friday, February 14, 2025.

What is the THRIVE Mentorship Program?

THRIVE, the AIA Grand Rapids Chapter’s mentorship program, is designed to support early to mid-career professionals in navigating career growth and work-life balance. By pairing participants with experienced industry leaders, the program fosters expanded networks, career development, and strategies for achieving balance. With one-on-one pairings and curated events, THRIVE empowers mentees to evaluate their career paths, set meaningful goals, and bridge the gap between their current experience and future aspirations.

Apply to be a Mentee:

Who should apply? Ideal applicants have 8 – 15 years of professional experience, and can commit to an eight-month curriculum that includes six in-person cohort events, and informal one-on-one meetings with mentors.
