Each year, your AIA Grand Valley board of directors is faced, as is every organization, with succession--the need to find and develop new leadership. Our election of officers will be held at the annual meeting coinciding with a lunch and learn on September 30th from 11:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Mentors can represent any number of disciplines in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. This program is a one-year commitment beginning with the incoming freshman class, with the hope that the experience will lead to an ongoing opportunity as mentoring continues in Grades 10 through 12.

The gallery, which for 3 weeks publicly showcased a variety of built and conceptual designs in a downtown storefront, attracted an estimated 7,500 visitors and helped the chapter capture significant print and radio media attention.
