This committee will focus on the ever evolving changes that a chapter undertakes to bring in and keep AIA members. What works? What doesn’t work? The committee will look at how AIA Grand Rapids can best serve its members and the many methods to reach out to new members. The committee will look at the programs and access to resources AIA Grand Rapids provides to its members and how they are beneficial.  Also, various means and methods will be discussed for outreach to those who are on the fence or don’t know about AIA. The committee’s task will be to research ideas, put them together in a cohesive format, and report them back to the AIA Grand Rapids board for review and potential implementation.

The committee will meet once a month from the months of September to May.  The committee will be comprised of 5 to 8 individuals with an understanding of AIA Grand Rapids and AIA as a whole.
