As many of you know, in late 2010, the State Legislature passed House Bill 6374 effectively requiring state licensing boards for Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors to implement Continuing Education requirements for license renewals.  Currently, The Michigan Board of Architects is in the process of ironing out the precise rules for these Continuing ED requirements.   The board tells us that until these new rules are adopted, the new requirements are not in effect.  As a provider of Architectural CEU credits, AIA Grand Valley will continue to monitor the progress of this issue.  For more information visit the Michigan Board of Architects webpage.
