Are you or anyone you know looking to complete the ARE and become a licensed architect?! This is the year for you! AIA Grand Rapids continues its Architecture Registration Exam (ARE) study group. Come meet others who are in the testing process and get the tools you need to finally finish those exams!
Everyone approaches studying, exam taking, and knowledge gathering differently.  This group allows participants to distribute and receive study hints from those who have recently taken exams, as well as expand on materials from Kaplan or Ballast, ideas on efficient use of time on the vignettes, and overall exam experiences. Starting the ARE process can be daunting, but having a support group, like this, provides helpful motivation and inspiration.
"It's incredibly motivating to know that other people are passing their exams with the same materials that I am using to study.  It is possible!" - ARE Group Member
This group gathers twice a month at the office of TowerPinkster downtown Grand Rapids. Bring your study materials and come prepared to ask questions. With a variety of participants, we can help in areas others may struggle.  It is also a fun way to stay motivated throughout the long examination process. We hope to see you there!
