Part 2 of the honor award submissions is due on Friday, August 15, at 5 p.m. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submission Part 2 Requirements:
- Images: Five images at a minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels for print/ publication purposes only. Images should be in JPEG format. No need to send more than five images (we will only use one or two at most).
- Display Board(s): Display boards will be permitted to be a maximum of 9 square feet per submission. This can be composed as desired by the submitting team, and creativity is encouraged. AIAGR will print this for display at the event as part of the art gallery theme. They should be in PDF format and be acceptable for final print quality. If any special printing requirements exist, please adequately describe these requirements in your submission.
