These services include Meijer as a neighborhood grocery concept that will utilize 38,000 SF with a sidewalk produce market; and street level retail which will reside below the Inner City Christian Federation (ICCF) Development and include 11,250 SF. Rockford is also offering 116 market-rate apartments above Meijer totaling 85,000 SF, and affordable apartments developed by ICCF will be available at 71,500 SF with 64 units.
60,000 SF of the project will also be dedicated to workspace with West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology (WMCAT) using 21,000 SF for its corporate offce. A 275-space parking structure also sits at the center of this project, providing three stories of parking.
